Quick, accurate support!

I’m beyond amazed and satisfied at the support I received, when I had a problem sending a message out from the contact list. It turned out to be a conflict with another plugin I had, but they responded immediately, logged in right away, looked around and found the problem. They gave me the fix right away and said it would be included in the next release. I don’t expect every plugin to already be compatible with every plugin known to man – and the response time and clear communication I received has me up and running again very quickly. I look forward to using every aspect of this plugin since I know if I do have another problem, they’re going to respond quickly and efficiently. A rare experience these days!
