Questions won’t save

    When I try to add a question and save it I get the folowing database error:

    WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘rank=0, title=’Q2′, autocontinue=0, sort_order=1, accept_comments=0, accept_’ at line 2]
    INSERT INTO wp_chained_questions SET quiz_id=4, question=’Question 2?’, qtype=’radio’, rank=0, title=’Q2′, autocontinue=0, sort_order=1, accept_comments=0, accept_comments_label=’Your comments:’

    Running PHP 7.4.1 and MySQL 8.0.16
