    Thank you for your interest in plugin.

    Yes, You are right that plugin had great reviews etc and There is not any problem with plugin and support from our side.

    One of the user after purchasing add ons and asking simply for the refund and as per our policy we do not have refund policy and this user also lost the paypal case and try to screw here and other side we have promotion policy of the discount based on reviews same like other plugin authors and that not fit in WP guidelines and also we did not know about this policy of the WP. So this user taken this point as center and report to them about this and so it is hard to filter for them out of 80 reviews which reviews were based on discounts. So far used 8 discount coupons for the reviews so other all reviews were without discount but WP decided to clear all the reviews and also we removed this discount based review policy too.

    We respect to WP guidelines and rules and we take it positive way from here and start from begin and we strict to our refund policy so it will not mis use of the product in future so all safe and clear for all the users.

    This informations are transparent and anyone can ask to any moderate or us if they have questions and we believe in transparent and true things about product.

    We do not know exactly reason but we can consider the followings.

    Like User is not wordpress developer and even user do not know basic settings of the plugin, like field editor and user want to do customisation based on his own need and he expect that custom development can also provide by team. he never checked the plugin features and he wants like all the things done as magic after installing plugin etc.

    Even our support team fixed user design problems which are not related to plugin support and after all our support and explanation, user not able to handle own things and simply start to ask refund but this is not valid business case. if plugin is not working as we have describe or we are unable to fix problem of the plugin then it is valid reason but this was not case here.

    I hope that you have got answer of your questions in manner.
