3. Yes the test is saved and published. I was unable to check “Don’t publish on home page” because that option didn’t show up. I checked on my staging site if deactivating the theme and trying it in another theme would help. It didn’t help. I also deactivatd all plugins but when I tried to reactivate wp testing it caused an error. I’m on a multisite setup.

Ok I was able to change the theme to 2015 and see the questions. So apparently there is a conflict. The theme I am using is Nictitate by Kopatheme. Even with all plugins deactivated it didn’t work. For whatever reason I was able to activate the wp testing without an error.
