Questions: Deep Linking and SEO Ultimate Conflict

    I switched from SEO Ultimate to WordPress SEO, but I have a couple questions.

    SEO Ultimate has a “deep link juggernaut” that automatically sets text links within the site. I’m wondering, what is the actual SEO value of this? I know its debated.

    Second question: I know that the two plugins can cause conflict, but I’ve disabled all modules of SEO Ultimate except the Deep Link Juggernaut and its 404 Monitor. Is that considered acceptable or will there be conflicts still?

    I completely disabled SEO Ultimate. However, if deep linking is a great SEO tool, then I may consider using the Deep Link Juggernaut feature again. Any thoughts?
