    Hi!

I’m currently using another quiz service, but then Sensei caught my eye. But before I make a big move to Sensei I have some questions that I hope you folks can answer for me (note: I’m only interested in utilizing the quiz-part, not the lessons-part)

    1) Do I need Woo Memberships to sell access to my Sensei quizzes, or is Woocommerce and Sensei sufficient?

    2) Can I customize my quizzes in the following areas?
    – Specify that 74 % of the answers must be correctly answered to pass the test
    – Random order of questions in quizzes
    – Include images in each question

    3) Is it possible to create 1 database with questions, and then create different quizzes based on that very same database (with each quiz having different settings)? For instance: one quiz with 50 random qustions from the database, and another quiz with 20 selected questions from the same database.

Sorry for including many questions at the same time! But hope you can help 🙂

  • Hi @irik ,

You’d need Sensei for WooCommerce Paid Courses, which provides an integration for Sensei and WooCommerce.

Your other quiz questions are YES, but on this one – did you mean something like this:

    https://github.com/Automattic/sensei/issues/4116 ?

    > 3) Is it possible to create 1 database with questions, and then create different quizzes based on that very same database

Yes – all quiz questions are stored in a question bank, regardless of any individual quiz they’re being used in.

All that said, quizzes are tied to lessons in Sensei: https://senseilms.com/lesson/quizzes/

and lessons are tied to courses; you cannot sell the individually, I’m afraid.

So I’m not sure if Sensei will actually meet your stated goals.

    Best,
    Cena
