    Hi there,

    we bought the Media Cleaner Pro and due to the hugh Databse and amount of images we use SSH/WP-Cli.

    Unfortunately the Description for SSH is not very complete I suppose. My questions are the following:

    1) What is the exact WP command for running a delete command to
    (Media Library Method + Content Check) AND (Filesystem Method + Media Library Check)
    a) Content Check
    b) Media Library Check
    c) Live Content (Pro) CHECK
    d) LOGS CHECK
    e) Fitlers Images Only CHECK

    2) When the images are deleted a trash is made. How can I, in SSH or ftp move the images on their old location in case the Media Cleaner deleted images which I didnt want to delete it.

    3) Is the Plug-In (Pro Version) compatible with Flatsome and WCFM Marketplace ?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi @keramikoch 🙂

    Since you are a Pro user, you can contact me for 1-1 support directly though my website.

    1. Indeed, the SSH commands related to WP-CLI are not well explained yet. In fact, I have added those features for some users, and I am still improving those little by little. When the features and commands are stabilized, I will definitely write a tutorial about it.

    In fact, the best is to set the options through the WordPress Admin.

    Then, you can override those options by adding this to the command line.

    For the method:
    * media
    * filesystem

    For the checks:
    * check-media (will force check Media Library)
    * uncheck-media (will force uncheck Media Library)
    * check-content
    * uncheck-content

    There is no override for the Live Content, Logs for Filters Image. You will need to check those in the UI.

    2. You mean, you would like to recover images? Currently, this is possible only through the Cleaner Dashboard. Doing this through the WP-CLI would be possible, but you would need to look at the issues first (you can use “issues” in the command line in order to see the list) and then call recover on the ID of the issue. But if you do this manually, it’s much better to go through the Dashboard. I am not sure why you would want to recover files through WP-CLI, it sounds inconvenient 🙂 Let me know if it makes sense for you, I would like to know your use case.

    3. I have worked on the support for WCFM Marketplace. However, I did nothing specific to Flatsome; it might work out of the box though 🙂 I have never heard about any issue yet.

    I hope it helps 🙂

    Hi Meow,

    thanks a lot for your detailed answer. Some question remain though.

    I have contacte you though e-mail but it does a lot longer. I still dont have an answer. As we are starting a migrating process we need to delete the images very soon.

    1) Do I understand you correctly, I can make the settings in the WP Backend and then run the normal command > wp media-cleaner delete and it takes the settings from the backend?
    That would be all I need.

    2) Makes complete sense. But I dont see the recover option in the WP backend. Does it only appear when I start the scan?

    3) Ok I will try and hope I have good luck wih flatsome.

    Oh, really? Sorry about this. There is one request I haven’t replied to yet, but it’s related to a technical issue (MeowApps_WPMC_Parsers), but I am looking into it and it takes more time. Is that you? 🙂

    1. Exactly 🙂

    2. In the backend, Media Cleaner Dashboard, you have a “Trash” link just above the results. If you click on it, you will have buttons related to getting back your files/entries.

    3. Me too 🙂 Otherwise, let me know.

    Hi Jordy,

    the request is not from me. Ok then maybe you did not get the e-mail. I didnt sent it by contact formular but by email.

    2. I really dont see the trash link, maybe I am blind but also Strg+F gives me no results. The dashboard looks like this:

    If you used an email, I am not surprised 🙂 But in that case, you should have received an auto-reply asking to contact me through my website contact page.

    The link to the screenshot is wrong, can you send it again?

    Here is what it should look like (I am using the same service as you did): https://ibb.co/XbcQ2Rv
