Support » Plugin: Gutenberg Blocks Templates - 50+ Free Gutenberg Block Designs » Questions about the plugin and its future Goals

  • Resolved keshabee

    I wanted to thank you for making this plugin available to the WordPress community and platform
    As I see a lot of potential in the platform.

    Although am not a fan of Gutenberg (block) editor, I do hope to try it later when it be comes fully stable in the future.

    As I do hope this plugin grows. I also checked you website and noticed you also got plans for Pro functions in the future, I think that is a good Idea as that would help in a long way to generate good income to assist in building the platform to a good standing

    I noticed that your web platform did not have a forum or areas where tickets can be submitted .
    I feel having a forum and ticketing system where ideas and issues could be shared would be really helpful.
    Many developers plugins had died just because their plugin is so complicated that the regular customers can not even understand or had issues with it that they just gave up on it.

    As that would be helpful for the Pro.

    Although I would not lie;
    that i felt that pro was good idea, but having a update licence of 1 year with needs to pay for updates may likely not be friendly to many who may just overlook the plugin since Gutenberg is an upcoming function that may are playing around with now there would be several competitors-who may offer a better offer.

    Also do you have plans on support for classic editor

    Do kindly Note: Am not criticizing your opinion just trying to add that some developer go with easier options of telling the customer to have the pro with full updates released always and 6 month support which can be renewed.
    — if the plugin stands out customers would support by paying renewal to support the plugin even though the updates are for life.

    So in general such places are;

    And for tickets and forum support I do recommend;

    Lastly I wanted to ask: if the plugin has future plans on supporting front end functionalities, front-post plugins and code.

    I also talk about your plugin here;

    Please kindly do get back to me for any other opinions and clarifications so I may put good update notes of the plugin on the Site.

    Hi there,
    Thanks a lot for your comment!

    We do grow our design collection releasing new designs every second week. For now, we provide support here on answering public questions on the forum or support users privately via this page: We will add other support platforms once we feel that private email and public forum on isn’t enough.

    Our plugin will work with an expired license. Your existing pages will remain intact. The sections you added on the page will not break or disappear. You need a “pass” to access premium designs while creating new pages, meaning you don’t have to pay for the plugin if you don’t use it or used only once to create the initial site design. The subscription model allows us to properly plan our spendings on new features and designs. We can invest more in the library development today knowing that you are here to stay with us.

    Paying for support extension is the same subscription model as we have, just another flavor. Thanks a lot for your input on this. We want to make sure our plugin is getting new designs every second week, so, for now, we will stick with this model. Not a problem to switch our pricing model if we find it not working in the future.

    I’m not sure what do you mean by “supporting front end functionalities, front-post plugins and code”. I will be happy to get back to you on this if you clarify this question.

    Thanks again for your review and good luck with your business!
