Support » Plugin: DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce » Questions about plugin before integrating in WordPress

  • Hey guys!

I want to add the DHL shipping option to my WordPress website to show in real-time prices of different shipping methods, depending on the weight and location.

I was thinking of using this DHL for WooCommerce plugin but I’m having doubts regarding it. Is the plugin completely free and will I be able to achieve: showing clients real-time shipping rates, printing label to send with the package and allowing myself and the clients to track the packages?

My doubts come from the fact that there are a lot of paid plugins, for example ELEX (https://elextensions.com/plugin/woocommerce-dhl-express-ecommerce-paket-shipping-plugin-with-print-label/) and I have yet to understand the difference between them.

    Thanks!

It ultimately depends where the base location for your store is and where you want to send to. This extension does not integration with DHL Express, so if you need that you can go with the ELEX plugin.

Thanks for the answer. So, for a company based in Europe (Portugal), DHL Express/ELEX isn’t needed right?

I’m not sure I can answer what service you need, if that is your question.
