    Hello,

    I’ve sent two e-mails to you, but received no answer. So here is the body of the e-mails:

    I’m implementing your multi-step form for a customer, and I like it. We’re considering purchasing the pro version, and maybe some support. But I have a couple of questions and bug reports:

    • First of all, the pricing for the paid version and support: is that one-time, annually? It doesn’t say on your website.
    • Something is wrong with the number field validation. When I give a quantity of 9 digits as both a maximum and a minimum (so I want exactly 9 digits), I can’t validate the field (form won’t continue to the next step), but when I remove the maximum, it validates every input, even when there are only 8 digits.
    • You list conditional fields under your plus features, but how do they work exactly? I basically need to disable an entire block when a certain choice is made in a radio group, can I do that?
    • Can we limit the date field to make sure no date in the future can be selected?

    Thank you for your post and apologies that we didn’t answer on your mails. But we didn’t receive your mail. Maybe it was marked as spam.
    But we are happy to sort out your questions.
    1. pricing. With the Plus version, you will get lifetime support.
    2. The number filed didn’t provide the function as you expected.
    3. You can choose in the conditional option of the field if it will show equal to a specific radio button.
    4. At the info button of the field, you find the information that we include an external service for it and link to the site.
