Questions about consolidating blacklists…

For those of us managing large numbers of WP instances, is there a method of consolidating the known bad users into a larger list of bad ip’s to be used for the blacklist? I am talking about something similar the system that Project Honeypot uses in scoring bad bots and ip addresses.

Consolidating multiple site’s blacklist data would really put a dent in the crazy amount of automated access attempts that everyone is being hit with.
