    Hi again,
Sorry to send you many request, but I find different questions when I use your plugin (which I find well done, I just don’t understand some part).

    * Where the vendor can edit the policy of return, or cancel or whatever ?

    * Is it possible to write a review on a product or vendor only if you bought it or from him ?
I’ve seen it in the menu, but still if I’m not register I can review the product, but I can’t see the reviews of the vendor !

    * I’m looking for a plugin for inquiry. What I want is to allow the client to ask something before buying to the vendor, but preferably without showing his mail, any recommendation ?

Thanks a lot for your help.
    J

  • Hello J,

That’s fine. We are here to assist you with your queries. Please find the responses below:

    1. Where can the vendor edit the policy of return, or cancel or whatever ?
    >> Vendor can edit the policy terms from the frontend (vendor dashboard >> Store Settings >> Policies > Edit > Save options.

    2. Is it possible to write a review on a product or vendor only if you bought it or from him ?
I’ve seen it in the menu, but still if I’m not register I can review the product, but I can’t see the reviews of the vendor !
    >> Yes, it is possible to write the review for the product as well as for the vendor, no matter you have bought it from that vendor or not.

Coming to the second query, after submitting the review (no matter you are login user or not), that review waits for admin’s approval. The review will be available for the public after admin’s approval (path: wp-admin >> Comments) only.

    3. I’m looking for a plugin for inquiry. What I want is to allow the client to ask something before buying to the vendor, but preferably without showing his mail, any recommendation ?
    >> WC-Marketplace is compatible with the Product Enquiry Form plugin. If you do not want to show the mail then you have to customize the plugin according to your need.

    Thanks,

Thanks for your answer, I’d like to know if there is any other free Enquiry plugin compatible with WC-Marketplace, or they are all compatible ?

    THanks for your help.

We have tested the Product Enquiry Form plugin with the WC-Marketplace that is the reason we have suggested this plugin.

But you can try out this plugin named WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry. Although we are not sure about the compatibility of WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry with the WC-Marketplace. It would be great if you check them and let us know, we would appreciate that by listing you on our plugin contributor’s list.

    Thanks,
    Rimpa

I’ll check it, but I think isnt posible, because in the setting it says that the mail will be receive by the admin, and if you want you can add other mails.
So you can add vendors mails, but wont be efficient.

I have another question, which is, how can a client select an article with the attribute ?

I put some atribute, color, size, and I can see it in the article description, but client can select which color or size when he buy it. Isn’t including in woocomerce ?

    Thanks for your help
    J

Yeah @jcousin as I said before that we are not sure about the compatibility of WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry plugin with the WC-Marketplace. If you want WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry with the WC-Marketplace then you have to customize it according to your requirement.

Coming to your next query, unfortunately, your query is not clear to me but based my understanding I have tried to answer your concern. WooCommerce definitely provides the feature of selecting attributes for the product.

If you have added attributes (like color, size, etc.) as a vendor that will be visible on the product page may be above “Add to Cart” option. So, before adding the product to the cart the customer(s) have to select the attribute set for that product.

    Hi,

Hre you can see that the attribute are in the ‘description’ (additional info), but user can’t choose it.

Do I have to add a function or something ?

    THanks a lot

Thanks @jcousin for sharing the screenshots. I went through them and realised that the attribute is not showing up on the product page, which is not supposed to happen. Basically, the product page is what WooCommerce provides, WC-Marketplace adds the additional features like showing vendor info etc.

If the attribute is assigned to the product it must be visible like the shared screenshot(https://goo.gl/xUCw2t). I would suggest you to ensure that the attributes are assigned to the products correctly. After that also, if the issue still persists then please let us know.

Well, I´ve check everything, and as you can see I doesn´t work.

Neither if the attribute is created by the admin or the owner, I can´t select it in the product page.

I hope you could help me.

    THanks a lot

@jcousin – I would suggest you to deactivate the WC-Marketplace plugin and then check for the attribute session on the product page because the shop page and product page comes from the WooCommerce.

Please do the same and let me know the outcome, so that we can help you.

    Thanks,
    Rimpa

I did it, deactivate WC Plugin, add a product, add attribute, and go to the shop, I can see it as a description, but can’t select it.

I also try with a basic template, but same thing.

DO I have to contact woocommerce ?

    THanks
    J

Sorry, I didn’t get which plugin you have deactivated. I suggested to deactivate WC-Marketplace plugin not WooCommerce plugin. although, if the issue doesn’t solve then please reach us through our official site.
