Question regarding use and features

I actually just had a quick question regarding what is listed as available and pro features in the description. it states Pro version features as:

“Admin can control which user groups are allowed to add to the gallery
Admin can view (and delete) any image or video from backend
Admin can add images or videos from backend”

To clarify, does this mean, as admin of the site and using the free version, I would be unable not only control who can and cannot post, but if something is posted by a user, as admin, I would be unable to remove it? (this part concerns me, as preventing copyrighted material on my site is a primary concern, I need to be able to remove content immediately, not wait for the user to decide if they will or not) And also the last part, does this mean that even as admin, I can only upload if I go through the front end as well?

The plugin looks good so far, but I would not be able to use it before getting those points clarified. Thanks.
