 * Is it possible to randomise the questions when answering a test?
    It would also
   be great to randomise the answers to each question, particularly if using ‘Individual
   Answers’.

 * Not currently, I think it shouldn’t be an addon and it should be a core feature.
   But currently I’m working on anohter more requested features.
