Question marks on translate verion

    Hello,

    I have a website translate with this plugin from RO to EN and after we finish translate and did update to latest version all EN version have question marks.
    Ex. Acasă = Home?

    All diacritics are changed to ? or with empty space.

    I have tried replicating your issue but everything seems fine with the translation from RO to EN.
