    hey guys! since i changed the banner system to google’ DoubleClick for Publishers i always get a little question mark in the left upper corner… and i have no idea how to get rid of it… i even don’t know how to search for that problem…

    this code seems to be the problem… if i comment this bit out… the question mark disappears.

    <script type='text/javascript'>
    var googletag = googletag || {};
    googletag.cmd = googletag.cmd || [];
    (function() {
    var gads = document.createElement('script');
    gads.async = true;
    gads.type = 'text/javascript';
    var useSSL = 'https:' == document.location.protocol;
    gads.src = (useSSL ? 'https:' : 'http:') +
    '//www.googletagservices.com/tag/js/gpt.js';
    var node = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0];
    node.parentNode.insertBefore(gads, node);
    })();
    </script>

    <script type='text/javascript'>
    googletag.cmd.push(function() {
    googletag.defineSlot('/35377464/Footer_728x90', [728, 90], 'div-gpt-ad-1342011700827-0').addService(googletag.pubads());
    googletag.defineSlot('/35377464/Square_Banner_300x250', [300, 250], 'div-gpt-ad-1342011700827-1').addService(googletag.pubads());
    googletag.defineSlot('/35377464/Top_Header', [728, 90], 'div-gpt-ad-1342011700827-2').addService(googletag.pubads());
    googletag.defineSlot('/35377464/Wolkenkratzer_High_160x600', [160, 600], 'div-gpt-ad-1342011700827-3').addService(googletag.pubads());
    googletag.defineSlot('/35377464/Wolkenkratzer_low', [160, 600], 'div-gpt-ad-1342011700827-4').addService(googletag.pubads());
    googletag.pubads().enableSingleRequest();
    googletag.enableServices();
    });
    </script>

    Remove the line break between </script> and <script type=".... The fact that the question mark is showing up has a bigger implication — you should check out the encoding your server is using – I would suggest utf8.

    thanks it works now. it was the line break… thanks heaps!
