Support » Plugin: Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense » Question: How to avoid single ad & group location conflict?

The problem: All ads (2) are showing in Group Ad.
Instead of ONE at a time, randomly – ad defined the Group Ads.

I want to use group of ads.
I have defined first – single adds, I am required to set a location.
This is redndant if Group Ad has a location & other parameters.

How do I resolve the conflict, and fix the problem?
    What am I missing?

    Hi mulli.bahr,

    Thanks for reaching out.

All ads (2) are showing in Group Ad. Instead of ONE at a time, randomly – ad defined the Group Ads.

Can you please provide a screenshot of your group settings and a link to your website where I can see the ad group?

To show only one ad from a group at the same time, please, create a new ad group (Advanced Ads > Groups) and assign two ad units to this group. Afterward, include the group via shortcodes into your content or assign it to a placement to auto-inject it.

I have defined first – single adds, I am required to set a location. This is redndant if Group Ad has a location & other parameters.

I’m not sure if I understand what you did. The ad groups have no parameters per se and only manage the ads that have been added to them. However, there is a separate ad type (ad group) to inherit conditions and other settings to all ads in a group.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
