 * I have some outsourcers interested in working on my [blog](http://www.painofintegrity.com).
   Currently I have only entrusted one guy with the coding. I need to get others
   involved. I would be very interested in hearing from others that don’t code their
   own blogs and particularly those who have more than one developer working within
   the same code.
 * What kinds of problems have you run into?
    Have you ever had to recover from 
   a disaster? etc.
