Question about the workflow after a customer sent a quote

Hi,
I’m in test mode. I have a small question about the workflow. I can install and use the plugin, If a customer asks for a quote, I receive a mail.
But what will happen than?? There is no real WooCommerce integration. Means I can’t send an offer or can’t create a basket for the customer or am I missing something?
All I can do is to manualy send the customer a price as an answer of his email, which is just a mail from a form and nowhere saved. I can’t track and save the order in my WooCommerce database. Right or no? Ideas?
