Question about the feed itself

Hi, I’ve been looking at various podcasting plugins and yours seems really nice because I can use my own post category as the channel feed. My question is just this: After everything is setup and good to go on the wordpress side, if I go into itunes to setup the channel, what is the URL that I need to give itunes for it to syndicate just my channel from the chosen category?
