Question about spam.

    I have received 500 spam comments today, put in spam by akismet.
    Do I have to remove these too? Why don`t they get deleted?

    They all from John something at the very same page

    Akismet will keep the spam for a total of 15 days as a precaution that you consider a comment or trackback not spam. So no, you don’t necessarily need to remove them manually.
