question about Responsive WordPress Theme

Hi, I am about to buy a template on themeforest but I have a few questions before because the template is not free:

The template I am about to buy is a “Responsive WordPress Theme”.
Once bought, ¿how will I use it? ¿Can I upload to any server and it will work or it has limitations for being “wordpress”? ¿What I have to do it work?
I always uploaded “normal” HTML and PHP sites, but this time is a Responsive WordPress Theme the one I like.
