In the description it says: “smart heat maps that support responsive web design and touch devices”.

I was wondering how to distinguish the data considering different screen sizes.

I have a few clicks that on larger screens seems to be in a empty space and I wonder if they referr to clicks on smaller size screen instead.

Does anyone know something about this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @lfreitas!

Heatmap does not support this kind of filtering yet, but the good news is that we have started work on it. It’s a complex issue as it needs a major rebuild on how we store the click events.

As of now, you could split your mobile/desktop traffic, but you would lose the aggregated heatmap across devices. We can definitely help you with this, and would appreciate if you could follow up via your account or by email to support@heatmap.me (we can’t hook up our ticket system to wordpress.org forums)

    Thanks,

    Thanks for your attention!
For now I’ll wait your future upgrade.

But I needed to know if the clicks on blank spaces are (or could be) related to smaller screens. I want to make a report to some clients and want to explain the clicks on blank spaces.

    Thanks!
