Question about privacy

Hi,
I’m throwing this subject out because I don’t know if I’m at the right place in connection to this question, so I’ll give it a whirl here. My concern is, this one website has my own website information displayed in public, and it gives every bit of information about my site including everything in it, I don’t like this. I asked them to remove it and they ignored me, they also have pointed out to use a robots.txt command in your sites files to remove, I have done so with no results, my site is not going away. I have emailed them about this and I get ignored. Is there anyway I can block this site? through a plugin, or through a another method that they won’t be able to use my site in public? any knowledge of this would be helpful, I do thank you.

p.s. I’m using Multipart robots.txt editor plugin and have entered the info in with no results.
