Question about plugin capability

HI. Gis plugin looks cool but Ive read the documentation but still not clear as to what this plugin can do. Does this work with images or complex blocks of content or is it for just text? Is there a way to add menu list items? I saw someone else had asked that question but it has not been answered. The company i work for in the US has acquired a UK distributor so while much of our content is the same we would like to swap out some words, phrases and images based on UK language and regulations. One example is that we list groups of products in various menus and the UK has a couple more products that are only available in the UK. We would not like them to appear in the US menus. Additional info or suggestions on an alternative solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
