# Question about order process

 * So I am using a payment gateway and have had a few problems, with the order not“
   going through” and instead it’s in my orderlist, but on “awaiting payment” which
   eventually runs out of time.
 * I want to prevent that from happening.
 * Where do I find the page, which shows me the order process. I’ve been in talks
   with the payment gateways support team, which tells me it should be somewhere.
 * It should tell if the order goes like: Pay first -> Order confirmation or Order
   confirmation -> payment.

 * It depends upon what woo commerce payment gateway you are using.
 * However by default you can navigate to the payment gateways by going to WooCommerce
   > Settings. From here click on “Payments”.

 * In there I can’t really see what kind of process it is. Only disable or activate
   different payment methods.
 * The support team, says there’s probably a way to see it, but I just can’t find
   it.
 * The gateway is Paylike.

 * Alternatively you can also increase or set no limit on how long until a pending
   payment fails by going to: WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Inventory and update
   the field “Hold stock (minutes)”.

   are handled by specific payments plugins according to the user needs.
