I’ve got a site that has a link to a “blog” section that uses WordPress. But now I want run the entire site through WordPress. Is there a way to make the index page WordPress and have all the posts still be created and linked to from the domain.com/blog/post area?

Any thoughts on the best way to do this would be appreciated.

You’ve posted your question in the forum section about WP multisite networks. Your question is really about multiple sites, but not multisite.

Is the WP “blog” a self-hosted site– on it’s own domain, or on wordpress.com? (yoursite.wordpress.com).

You can create a site built on WP, and then also pull in the second “blog” site to display posts. But this seems overly complicated to me. Why don’t you create the new WP site, then export your blog posts and import them into the new site so that everything is all in one site for easier management?

    Bet,

Thanks for your response. All of this is on a domain I run.

I guess I’ll just do what you suggest to keep things simple. Thanks!
