    I have a question about the header. I have to much space between my header and my menu. You can view it at this test website I have. I would like to know how do I make the padding on the header decrease so the space between the to of them gets smaller and the header is sitting on top of the menu?

    Another question I have is why are the pictures so blurry? They are clear on my computer?

    One last question I have is what are definitions for the delay between slides 2,0s and the effect duration 2,0s? Does the 2 stand for 2 seconds? Not sure how to translate the 2,0s into a time so I can adjust the motion for the slide. I am trying to use the kenburns transition effect.

    Thanks for the help,

    I have just checked your page:
    1) Space between WOWSlider and menu.
    You use “Crystal” template. This template has a bottom shadow. So, 39px is added under image for shadow. In other case it will overlap a content below, that’s not look good. You can use “Remove frame and shadow” option at Gallery->Properties->General tab or use another template without bottom shadow.
    Also, your main content indents from header for 15px. Please see:

    #bgwrapper {
        margin: 0;
        min-height: 100%;
        padding-top: 15px;
        width: 100%;

    2) Image quality.
    I don’t know about quality of your original images, but images on your server are really bad:
    Make sure that your original images have a good quality and you set high quality (90+) for images at Gallery->Properties->Images tab.
    If problem will persist, please send us your original images, WOWSlider project file (.wowsl) and provide us information about WOWSlider version and your OS.

    3) “Delay between slides” and “Effect duration”
    “Delay between slides” is time of image displaying. If you set “Delay between slides” 2,0s, it means that each image will be displayed during 2 seconds.
    “Effect duration” is time for switching between images. Higher value makes the transition from one image to another more slowly and smoothly.

    Thanks for the help. Works great. The header is sitting were I would like it. I looked up the size of the pictures that I used and found out they were 360px in width so they were being stretched to wide which is what was making them look bad. All of your information made the problem easy to fix. Thanks again.
