question about Customer

    I want to buy the premium but in the free I dont get any options regarding the Customer section.

    so I have a few questions I need answers for:
    1. do I create customers via the plugin or does my customers come from my “users” list in wordpress?

    2. is there an option to add some kind of notes to the client?

    3. can I attach orders to customers? after the order is completed do the order vanish? or there is tracking of the orders we get and finished?

    4. this is a stretch but do you know if your plugin is compatible with RTL?

    Hi bigkemp,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin. 🙂

    Here are the answers to your questions:
    1) When you create your order, the name of the customer will simply be attached to it. The customers are looking through their orders from the number, and not from their names. There is no need for you to create new WP users.

    2) The “E-mails” tab will let you create an e-mail template with shortcodes to send to your customers whenever you make a change, or create an order for them.

    3) Our plugin allows the viewing of orders through their numbers, avoiding the hassle for the customers to make a profile, and log in to view their orders. 🙂 After an order has been completed, both the admin and the customer can still view the orders

    4) We have not created it accordingly, however, you are welcomed to test it with the RTL tester.
