 * My web designer is doing my website on WP CMS and then he will transfer it to
   my GoDaddy Linux package and my own domain but I just have a question: in this
   case, my website is hosted in godaddy or WP? and is there any chance that WP 
   will ban my account for any reason knowing that I am hosting my website in GoDaddy
   and I am paying for it there and I am just using WP CMS to make my design

 * you pay godaddy to host it online,
 * no problem

 * WordPress does not host sites. It’s an application/CMS – not a hosting service.
   You will be hosting your own WordPress site on your GD account.
