Question about a ‘featured’ post view

I’m setting up a links directory using Gravity forms. I’d like to have posts that I specify as ‘Featured’ at the top of their respective categories. Is this possible?

I’ve tried a view to show all featured posts, but they are not showing up.

I have an admin field called ‘Featured’, with a checkbox that has a value of ‘Yes’. I created a sticky view with this code:

[stickylist id="1" field="15" value="Yes"]

15 is the field with the checkbox, and ‘Yes’ is the value, but the posts don’t show. If I remove the value part of the code, all of the posts show instead of the ones I’ve selected as featured using the checkbox.
