    If I am understanding your question, the answer is yes.

    Each upload is assigned it’s on unique short code.

    So after you upload your download file, take that short code and put it on the page of your choices.

    You can change the text in the form by altering your shortcode like this:

    [lab_subscriber_download_form download_id=1 text=”Your Text Here”]
