 * Hi,
 * Is it possible to give someone else, besides an Admin, access to view the plugin
   in their dashboard (when you hover over the dashboard inside WordPress). (For
   example, an author?)
 * Like, for example, with the ‘PublishPress Capabilities’ plugin?
 * Just to make it more clear, I mean if I can give someone access to view the history
   as well, someone that isn’t an Admin?

 * Yes, there is a filter `simple_history/view_history_capability` that can be used
   for this.
