 * Hello, this is a great plugin. Thank you for providing this simple plugin, however,
   I have a problem configuring it. I could not see where the questions are moderated
   before they appear and also I have not received emails from the people who asked
   questions. I could not see reply, publish and delete buttons. What could be the
   problem? Please, help me out because I have been looking for a plugin that could
   do what I wanted since 2 weeks ago until I stumble on this great plugin.

 * Hello.
    You must be in the admin group or editor. After you log in, if you are
   in these groups you will have buttons. To moderate the comments, go to [http://yoursite/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=mideal_faq](http://yoursite/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=mideal_faq)
   Also in the admin panel on the left side you should have the item – question
