# query_posts() bug

 * When i use **[query_posts()](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/query_posts)**
   on [home.php](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Hierarchy) then on sidebars
   the functions [is_home()](http://codex.wordpress.org/User:Ramiy/Conditional_Tags/is_home)
   and [is_front_page()](http://codex.wordpress.org/User:Ramiy/Conditional_Tags/is_front_page)
   are not working (it returns FALSE though it should return TRUE on home.php).
