query that join 2 forms to one table

Hi
I can see the query after enable it in the options. how do I create a view in mysql that can query 2 tables into one result?
like in form first you got ‘first-name’,’last-name’,’email’ and in the second form you got ’email’, ‘address’,’hair-color’ and join all this to one table view?
