• Hi –

I am getting a Query Monitor context menu while logged out if I do the following:

    1. Install Woocommerce, Install Jetpack
    2. Create a Product
    3. Create a new Post
    4. Enter in the content of the Post a link to the Product.

Jetpack (I think) automatically converts product links into a… I think it might be an iframe window. This window has a QM menu at the bottom which I believe site visitors should not be seeing.

Thanks for the report. Can you confirm that when you publish the post and view it while you’re logged out that QM appears in the product iframe? Or does it only appear in the preview in the post editor?

Hi John – sorry for not being clear. It’s if I am logged out, viewing the published post which contains a Jetpack-generated iframe.

I’ve been playing around and I can’t actually reproduce it with consistency. It seems to happen in chromium-based mobile browsers, but sometimes when I disable the plugin the menu still appears. It could be a caching issue on my side.

Please leave it with me and I’ll let you know if I can find a better pattern. I’m sorry for contacting you prematurely 🙂
