Query – List Categories in Translated Language

    Hello,

    How to list posts in translated category? I only can list the posts in main category (main language).

    Ex.: WP_Query( ‘cat=2&posts_per_page=5’ )

    The posts listeds is from main language category, when I change the site language, the posts changes its links to selected language, but the slug for category continues in main language (english).

    I use the following permalink structure for posts: /%category%/%postname%/

    Example:

    /english-category/post-in-english

    After change the language:

    /english-category/post-em-portugues

    The main category and translated category has the same ID, I’ve tried category_name (slug in translated language), but no success.

    Hello, thanks for report. After try it looks it’s actually not working properly with this permalink structure. I’ll try to fix this.
