Query element : categories, tags and formats could not be loaded

    Hi there,

    We’re using the free version of Royal Elementor Addons for few months and all was fine till now.

    For our blog and customized calendar pages we’re using the “Query” element.
    Recently we tried to add some categories and we cannot.

    When we click on “Categories” or “tags” and also on “Formats” we can see
    1) “Searching…” (1 second)
    2) “The results could not be loaded”
    and that’s it.

    I tried to type the whole name of a category for example, same issue.
    I deactivated all plugins excepted REA and Elementor => same issue

    So there is no conflict between plugins.
    The last update has been installed : version 1.3.57

    n.b: it works with “Authors” filter.

    Wordpress : 6.1.1
    PHP : 8.1
    Elementor : 3.9.0
    Theme : Astra (and Astra Pro)

    Hi supportenligne,

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com
    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – royalelementoraddons@gmail.com as well
    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    P.S. please don’t forget to mention the support url from wordpress.org.

    I have the same problem in the last update comes back in version 1.3.51 works correctly
