 * It is possible to show a specific category AND specifics tags with a block?
 * Example: Show from Category “aaa” only the products with tags “bbb, ccc”?

 * Unfortunately at the moment we cannot filter by both, only products OR tags.
 * However, the “Handpicked products” or the “Featured products” blocks might be
   flexible enough to suit your needs for more granular scenarios.

 * Yes, what [@nicw](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nicw/) said is a middle
   solution, depending of the volume of products to deal with.
 * I hope that your Query can evolve to have more query combinations. I do not want
   to use woocommerce shorcodes.
