• Hello, I recently installed Qubely (1.3.91) on an up-to-date WordPress instance (5.4.1). I’m having problems with Qubely blocks in previews.

I thought that the Qubely styles weren’t working at all, so I created a demo page. Then I realized that the published page works as expected, so it’s only the preview that’s completely broken and appears to have no styles defined (all of my column content just appears stacked one above the next down the page with no formatting). This makes it virtually impossible to use. I’ve tried in both Chrome and Safari.

I don’t see any errors in the page when I preview. The Qubely styles are injected into the header, however it appears that the block IDs referenced in the styles don’t match those in the classes applied to the elements in the page in the preview. Is there something silly I’m missing? Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @eeliason,

I apologize for missing your support thread. Are you still using Qubely and facing the issue?

Hello, thanks for following up. I had given up on trying after I couldn’t find a way to preview blocks. Please let me know if there’s any troubleshooting steps I should try. Thanks!

    Hello @eeliason,

Can you please update your Qubely version- latest is 1.5.0. Can you also make sure you are using latest php and WordPress.

You can then share screenshots or screen record with us to be more specific as to which block doesn’t show up in the preview.
