Quantity not increasing Options total but increasing the other totals

Hello there,
Thank you for such a wonderful Plugin 

please i am have an important issues in which i need help in if anyone can assist
i am working on an E-commerce website so the issue here is that if i try to increase the Quantity of the product in which a customer is picking its only the Product total and the grand total that is been multiplied leaving out the Options total which is not giving the right grand total i believe that everything is meant to be multiplied ones the quantity is been increase please i really need urgent assistance on this to finish up a project

i used the Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce to set up some option product in which customer can pick some product from so now the issue is the which i click on the button when trying to increase the quantity of a product the Product total is been multiplied. so the increase quantity button is not multiplying everything its just increasing the Product total and the grand total not the option total
