 * Hello,
 * I have a store that needs shipping fees to be as follows:
 * 1x product in cart = $6
    2x product in cart = $6 3x product in cart = $9 4x product
   in cart = $12
 * Is this possible with this plugin?

 * On the admin side, you need to create three shipping methods like below.
 * 1. Quantity <= 2 = $6
 * 2. Quantity = 3 = $9
 * 3. Quantity = 4 = $12
