Quantity based shipping

Hey all,
Helping a client with his WooCommerce store, and he would like to set up shipping in this method:

1 book $1.95
2 books $3.50
3 books $4.50
4-5 Books $6.95
More than 5 books $6.95 plus $1,00 per book.

How do we do this in WooCommerce? Only documentation I can find is for a fixed amount of shipping * quantity which isn’t sufficient.

Any suggestions?
