Jilt and its entire team is impressive. Not only does the plugin work, its UI is beautiful, their customer service is unusually good, and the entire team behind it is clearly dedicated to maintaining all of these moving parts seamlessly.

I have a small website catering to an extremely niche market who benefits greatly from saved carts. A couple of weeks ago, I encountered an issue that seemed to be traceable to Jilt. I ultimately deleted the plugin in order to problem-solve. Their team members followed up quickly and politely, listened to my issue, worked in the background to identify causes and solutions, and provided perhaps my top customer service experience ever even though I had already deleted their plugin.
