Hello.
Please tell me more detailed – how do you need this feature to be accomplished? I mean – do you need for example in admin area -> Design -> Texts tab – to make all text field copy for each language on your site – and show PopUp with such settings?
In common – best solution will be to create PopUps for each of you languages, and use Main settings to set show one PopUp – for one language, and other – for another languages on your site.

Your solution with creating 2 popups with different content is exactly the thing I wanted. So embarrassed I did not think about that.
