    This is the error message I read in Articles and Posts:
    "The qTranslate Editor has disabled itself because it hasn't been tested with your WordPress version yet."

    Yes, same here, of course...
    I've tried the development plugin but the editor is still inactivated...

    For a quick fix while waiting for a stable update go to:
    /wp-content/plugins/qtranslate/qtranslate.php

    go to line 89 and replace:
    define('QT_SUPPORTED_WP_VERSION', 'number here');
    with:
    define('QT_SUPPORTED_WP_VERSION', '3.4.1');

    If there are problems with compatibility then this won't help but if all is running smooth then that annoying compatability message won't appear. Reapeat at next WP update (or update the plugin).

    The workaround works in my testing environment (WP 3.4.1; qTranslate 2.5.30).

    Not sure I'm gonna update WP yet, though (still on 3.3.2, qTranslate 2.5.29). I'd rather wait for a word from qTranslate's creator...

    Does not work for me either. I am using WP 3.4.1 and qTranslate 2.5.30 and I modified the qTranslate.php file to support 3.4.1 version. However when I click on Pages, the page when you can edit the page is not completely loaded. You can just see the caption and no editor.

    I tried different combinations (dev version with WP 3.4.1, older version 2.5.27 with WP 3.4, etc.) but with no luck.

    Do you guys have any idea what can be wrong?

    Thanks a lot.

    Fellas...

    Just installed the latest versions of WP and qTranslate. When can we expect a fix? The documentation says it's compatible up to version 3.4.1. Well.. it's not :D

    Help underway?

    Does anyone know when the creator of qTranslate will release a version compatible with WordPress 3.4.2? The solution above sort of works for me but this line appears in the dashboard and on top of the site:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ...wp-content/plugins/qtranslate/qtranslate.php:1) in ...wp-content/plugins/qtranslate/qtranslate_core.php on line 71

    Many thanks!

    Dear people, i'm having troubles with qTranslate.

    I run a website in Dutch and English. I use qTranslate for the English part. The thing is that at the moment i save a page it adds extra enters that i didn't gave up. Is this a problem other people stumble on to aswell?

    Well, i hope one of y'all could help me out!

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi, the dojopan solutions works fine for me with the 3.4.2 version. Thanks!

    Ellenweig, the creator of the plugin saids in his download page http://www.qianqin.de/qtranslate/download/ that you can:
    "waiting for the next release, which is usually released 1-2 weeks after the WP release."

    Robert Coaster, I haven't had this kind of problem with qtranslate ever, but maybe you refers to the <p> that the tinymce editor wrpas around the paragraphs when you edit in visual mode, that you can't control exactly when it put and sometimes are unwanted for you. But this is a problem of the editor and wp, not qtranslate.
