Qtranslate and configuration help

I am about to implement Qtranslate with three languages (English, spanish, and French). While many of our posts will have a translation, some of the posts will be “original” without translation. As many of our Spanish speakers understand English (and visa versa), I want to display the correct translation first and then list all the original posts in all languages. So if we had:
Post 1 (english and spanish)
Post 2 (spanish)
Post 3 (french)

Someone viewing in English would be viewing Post 1 (in english), Post 2 and Post 3. And then if possible give the user the ability to turn off unwanted languages so an English speaker could toggle “english posts only” .

Possible? would another mulitlanguage plugin be better for this?
