• Event detail (qtip) on hover or click appears below the bottom the footer. Works perfect with firefox but chrome and safari are not working right. Any ideas?

Please go through this to make sure there are not any conflicts: http://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/

I have gone through that page and I can tell you that is is probably theme related. however, it is also browser related as it works in firefox with the current theme.

Thanks for letting me know I have added an issue for this so we can dig deeper into it at some point.

Here is the response from my theme designer:

After a bit of research on this plugin error, it appears to exist quite frequently for many users across a variety of themes and browsers. Our primary content areas (where your calendar is located) are almost all identical in our themes, so if it works in one it should work in another.

I would first check to make sure your theme, plugins, and WordPress install are all completely up to date.

Second, I would try to deactivate all other plugins and search for a conflict. If all plugins are deactivated and the calendar works as expected, then you will know there is a plugin conflict.

If the above does not work, you will need to reach out to Simple Calendar Plugin authors for support as it is a third party plugin that we did not create. It is likely an issue they will need to resolve from within the plugin.

    Hope that helps!

I just checked your page and it appears the calendar is no longer there. Can you setup a test page we can use to look at and/or send a screenshot of the issue.

    Thanks!

I turned it back on for you. I was giving up hope.

Ok thanks. Yeah I apologize for the delay. The new support system for WordPress is still weird and I did not get an email about your response so I missed it. I should get all of them from this point forward.

Is the Google map coming from a plugin you have? What happens if the map is removed?

    Thread Starter NEdson6

    (@nedson6)

Same thing, I disabled the map.

    It works correctly with firefox.

Ok thank you for the update. We will still be looking into this, but I don’t have an ETA on it right now. Thanks for helping us to test it.

I am having the same issue with the qtip/event bubbles as described here for my website at http://omahaoea.org/calendar/

    Has a solution been found?

    Plugin Contributor Nick Young

    (@nickyoung87)

No solution yet, thanks for letting us know it is happening to you also.

Are you planning to find a solution in the near future or should I switch the plug-in out for something that is working

I honestly don’t have an ETA on the issue. SOrry about that.
