    Hi all,

    We have issues with QSM emails not sending after a QSM/woocom/WP update.

    It was working all fine before the update but stopped sending emails after the updates (a restore also did not solve the problem).

    background processing of emails is set to off (also tried with on but not working) and all other emails from the WP site seem to come through ok apart from QSM (e.g reg/contact forms all send email through ok, seems to be QSM plugin issue). Not using SMTP

    Can anyone help with this, please?

    Hi Sumit,

    Thanks, is there any way to still send emails without using SMTP? It was working fine until the last update.

    I had a look at the link provided but both options use SMTP

    Can you please check if the email notification is enabled or not? Please navigate to quiz > option tab > Quiz submission > Submit Actions.

    Just activate the “Send email notifications” and then check.

    1. QSM version you are using.
    2. WP version you are using.
    3. PHP version you are using.
    4. Database version
    5. Error logs of server.
    6. Quiz link where you face such an issue.

    Forgot to mention the database version (7.10) is for Woocom, if you need a different database version let me know.

    Thank you for sharing such information. Can you please do one thing navigate to the quiz contact tab and enable the email field as shown in the below-given screenshot link and then clear the website and browser level cache then check.

    As per forum guidelines

    For support of commercial themes or plugins, go to the official support channel.
    In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why a commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.
    Ultimately, the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
    If you are a vendor and observe someone asking questions about your paid plugin or theme, please direct them towards your own support resources.
